1. acceptance of terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Secound Wife Restaurant (operated by Kohli Foods Pvt. Ltd.).

2. online orders & payments

• Menu & Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We strive to keep prices accurate, but they may change without prior notice.
• Payment: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and popular wallets. Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store any financial information.
• Order Confirmation: A confirmed order means we have received your payment. In rare cases of unavailability, we will contact you for a replacement or full refund.

3. reservation & cancellation

• Table Booking: Reservations are subject to availability. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your booking up to 2 hours before via phone or email. No-show without notice may result in restricted future bookings.
• Large Groups: For parties of 8 or more, a special advance payment may be required. Please contact us directly.

4. user conduct

You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Use any automated system (bots) to access the site.
• Upload harmful content or attempt to breach security.
• Misrepresent your identity while booking or ordering.

5. intellectual property

All content on this site – including text, images, logos, and recipes – is the property of Secound Wife Restaurant and protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Our website may contain links to external sites (delivery partners, social media). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use them at your own discretion.

7. limitation of liability

Secound Wife Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount you paid for a specific order.

8. refund policy (summary)

For prepaid orders: full refund if cancelled 30 minutes before pickup/delivery. In case of quality issues, please notify us within 30 minutes and we will issue a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 5-7 working days. See privacy policy for data handling.

9. modifications to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The latest version will always be posted here.

10. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
